If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login information secure. Assessment results may be stored to show history and trends over time.

Provider and Research Workflows

Clinics, researchers, or programs may use MemTrax4Care in their workflows only under appropriate permissions, consent, and operational agreements.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to MemTrax4Care.
